Magnetic scale for incremental linear encoder LIR-MI3, which is a complete analogue of the LM10 system of RLS Company.
The tape has an adhesive base, which makes it easy to install on almost any flat surface. Supplied complete with protective foil. The maximum possible length of one cut is up to 100 meters, the minimum is from 0.5 meters. The magnetic pole pitch is 2 mm. The scale is produced in two accuracy classes - class A with a permissible error of ±20 microns and class B with a permissible error of ±40 microns at a length of 1 meter at 20 degrees Celsius.
To simplify the installation of the scale or to additionally protect it from mechanical stress and the ingress of oil and coolant, we offer an aluminum protective profile LIR-MI3.301, which can also serve as a substrate, i.e. base for the scale.
Warning! A strong magnetic field in the immediate vicinity of the scale can irreversibly damage it.
