LIR-919 is a universal communication device incremental converters move with a supply voltage of +5V and output signal type PI TTL or absolute encoders with a supply voltage of +5V and results binary code SSI or BiSS RS442 with a personal computer (PC) or programmable logic controller (PLC). LIR-919 has a built-in 64-bit hardware / software counter position and converts the signals of the converters in a format intended for further processing by means of information system.

communication with the interface module can be performed via serial interface USB, via serial interface RS485 (Modbus RTU) or via Ethernet (Modbus TCP/IP or Modbus RTU over TCP/IP) or via a radio link via a special Protocol.

the Interface is made in one-piece extruded aluminum housing with anodized finish with plastic end plugs. Labeling all connectors and authorities display located at the ends of the device made with screen printing on aluminum plates.

With the help of micro USB connector B communicates with the device via the USB interface, and can also be powered device connected to the sensor, if it is allowed by the parameters of the used USB port. External power supply, RS485 interface and external inputs/outputs are connected to the connector DBH15. The Converter is connected to the D-sub connector DB9 socket. Depending on modification of your device, some connectors may not be available. In a modification of the device without option network the interface RS485 is connected to the connector "Power and connectivity". In versions with options network – connector "Converter", with the simultaneous use of sensor and RS485 interface it is impossible. Connector LAN RJ45 connector connects to an Ethernet LAN. Modification options the network may not have inputs/outputs.
