LIR-919Д is a universal communication device incremental converters move with a supply voltage of +5V and output signal type TTL, P or SN, or absolute encoders with a supply voltage of +5V and results binary code SSI or BiSS RS442 with a personal computer (PC) or programmable logic controller (PLC). LIR-919Д has a built-in 64-bit hardware / software counter position and converts the signals of the converters in a format intended for further processing by means of information system.
communication with the interface module can be performed via serial interface USB, via serial interface RS485 (Modbus RTU) or via Ethernet (Modbus TCP/IP or Modbus RTU over TCP/IP) or via a radio link via a special Protocol.

- Save in nonvolatile memory the offset value of the absolute coordinate system (G53)
- an Internal buffer for 1000 positions, with recording timer or the external signal.
- Correction of error of the absolute coordinates of points set at an arbitrary position (100 points)br>
- Determination of electrical malfunctions communication line with the encoder and the control of correctness of reading data
- Inputs/outputs to control external devices with optical isolation (with appropriate option)br>
- Work for a user-defined sequence of actions
- Job 4 zones by position with reference to the outputs and control positioning to a given point
- Mezenterialna sync (megasena creates a system from multiple LIR-919Д)
- Interaction with LIR-986 (extension I/o, interaction with the program in LIR-986 via markers)br>
- Full galvanic isolation: USB, RS485, power (with appropriate option)
With the help of micro USB connector B communicates with the device via the USB interface, and can also be powered device connected to the sensor, if it is allowed by the parameters of the used USB port. For the external power supply device is provided with separable terminal block "Power and connectivity". The Converter is connected to the D-sub connector DB9 socket. Detachable terminal block "inputs" and "outputs" are used to connect external digital signals. Plug connector, BH-10 used for convenient connection located on the DIN rail devices in a RS485 network. Depending on modification of your device, some connectors may not be available. Connector LAN RJ45 connector is for connecting to an Ethernet LAN.
