The motion controller SPPU, designed for control of feed drives, the speed of which is determined by voltages applied to the analog input. The controller accepts commands for a movement from the operator and work out their own algorithm, the driving speed of the actuator. br>
LIRE-983 can control two axes that are managed serially. Positioning to a given coordinate is through the four zones of inhibition. The width of the zones is programmed from the operator panel when setting up the system.
LIRE-983 has 2 analog outputs (bipolar, differential), 4 discrete inputs and 4 discrete outputs. Convenient to use them for management tasks drive. For alarm about the current state of the digital input/output, opposite each terminal, mounted led indicators - green for inputs and red for outputs. Inputs and outputs are galvanically isolated from the electrical circuits of the controller. Installed on the outputs optorele can control the actuators directly, while optocouplers require the installation of an intermediate relay. Number of discrete inputs/outputs can be increased by connecting controllers LIR-987А or LIR-987Б.
LIRE-983 are Produced in compact plastic case with a mount designed to install the module on a DIN rail. For connection to external wires used pads detachable screw terminals. Displacement transducers are connected to two connectors D-SUB DB9F (female). The supply voltage of the encoders is +5 V. Type of connected encoders is specified when ordering the controller or incremental encoders with rectangular output pulses TTL, or absolute with SSI serial output.
